My Story. The “Why” Behind the Brand

I started Launch HR Co. with a simple yet heartfelt belief: people should genuinely enjoy where they work. For years, I saw organizations grappling with HR challenges, often relying on gut feelings or borrowed templates because they didn’t have the dedicated support to do it right.

That's why I chose to build a modern HR consultancy, one grounded in real partnership and hands-on execution, not just handing over a binder of recommendations. At Launch HR Co., my goal is to give organizations the HR support they actually need: whether that’s an outside perspective, a policy rewrite, a project built from the ground up, or an extra set of hands to get an existing plan across the finish line.
