Executive Director

About the Opportunity

Launch HR Co. is supporting Opportunities for Independence, Inc. (OFI) in recruiting an Executive Director.

OFI is a Winnipeg-based non-profit organization that has supported individuals in the community for over 40 years. The organization provides services for youth and adults with intellectual disabilities, and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) through residential support, structured day programming, personalized treatment and community-based services.

As OFI strengthens and evolves its services, it remains focused on delivering responsive, high-quality supports that reflect the needs of the individuals it serves.

The Role

OFI is at an important point in its evolution. With a solid operational foundation, established programs, and a dedicated team, the organization is ready to build on this work with clearer alignment and direction.
